• In case of longer stays, prices may be agreed to meet specific requests
• At the moment of booking, 30% of the total amount is requested
• In winter, heating is charged separately
• Prices for bedrooms only refer to accommodation (breakfast is not included)
• On the day of arrival apartments and bedrooms are available from 3.00 pm
• On the day of departure, apartments and bedrooms must be vacated by 11.00 am
